If I knew then what I know now and didn't make the mistake then, how would I learn from it now?

Some people are happy while some are sad. Some people have problems now while others live in the past. So many people have expressed their wish to see into the future. Yes, I say see into the future because that is exactly what you are trying to do when you wish to change your past. See, in order to change your past, at that moment you would have to look into the future and see yourself making that mistake. Next, you would have to zoom back into the present, which is the past, and not do that because you saw your errors. But what fun would it be to live if you already knew everything that was to happen? There would be no such thing as achieving, growth or a trial and error process to learn how to do anything. No challenge in life. No playing basketball or football because you already know who will win. No wondering if you will be tall because you already know you will be the next Green Giant or no hope for height because you know you will be a midget. There would be no such thing as hope. So which would you prefer, to make mistakes every so often or a life with no challenge, spontaneity or hope?
